Aspire Sathorn - Tha Phra Cleaning Services

Good place to live if you want to live in the south of Sathorn in bangkok. This condo is located right opposite to BRT Ratchapruk (Talat Phlu), Next to BTS Talat Phlu. The condos small gate2 exit is where the bts Talat Phlu sky walk entrance is. Family mart is inside the condo premises. The swimming pool is long and maintained timely. There is a gym, place for shower with changing room and sauna bath. Parking is adequate with basement and 7 floors of car park. Condo has a hotel like lobby with seating for reading, guest waiting area. Terrace is like a rooftop hotel terrace with well maintained flowers and trees. The view is mesmerizing from the top of the terrace. There is enough seating on the terrace. I lived here for more than a year and I still miss the place. Loved it.

The project is conveniently located. Only 15-minute BTS ride away from the central business district of Sathorn and Silom. Only 4 stations away from Icon Siam especially once they have the new BTS Gold Line opening 2020. Easy access to Siam by BTS too. The BTS and BRT are literally at the front gate of this project. The MRT is only 2 BTS stations away to connect at Bangwa. There is also a Chaopraya River ferry pier at Bangwa. There are many condominium projects near by, but Aspire Sathorn-Thapra is probably the best location if you’re driving in terms of access to major roads without having to make lots of u-turns or take the small soi for this area. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance: The Mall Thaphra (a mid-sized department store), Thai Chua Thai Plaza, and Talat Phlu (a small China town and an open market with many famous street food vendors). The condominium also has a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, as well as a rooftop garden. There is also a sizable Fitness First in the Mall Thaphra for the hardcore gym rats, as well as a movie theater. It’s pretty new with good security. Probably the best value for money and best location for this area.

They provide unprofessional service. Ask too many personal questions that are not even related. Then they discriminate people. They are horrible stay away from these dishonest people.

Its looking good high floor of the building.. I like to explore more about this building.. I love it.

A rooftop garden and relaxing space gives a green touch to urban living. The finish of this condominium is one of the best among the Aspire brand, living up to its "zero-defect" policy. Overall, comfortable and affordable living just 15 minutes from the central business district.
