Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Rooftop view of smaller building. 1,2xx family here. 5 minutes to BTS Ekamai and 2 minutes to express way. Food, cafe, and convenient stores nearby. Around 10 years old condominium with affordable accommodation rate. And of course, many cats at parking lots. :)

I have not stayed here but looking at the building from the Jasmine Grande and seeing so many cracks for only an 11 year old condo does not give me much confidence of its long term lifespan, as well its satellite dishes are falling apart, as with other reviews of thin cheap construction. I guess you get what you pay for...

Very nice place where to stay. Great service for laundry and/ or post delivery. The Grab/ Line guys are also very happy to deliver there. I liked the security at the entrance of the block but also in the apartment building: they were so no ce and professional. It's very convenient to go to the airport as it's close to the highway. Very convenient if you are a student too, as the uni is close by.... And there are a few malls and food courts if you need as well. You can also enjoy a 7/11 and many local restaurants and food carts all around. Bonus : you can easily catch taxis there too!

Good swimming pool and room plan. Bit far from BTS, but you can go by scooter taxi 20THB to Ekamai and 25THB from Ekamai BTS
