Technically capable persons to clean a gas Weber grill, which is not sparkled like this in 10 years. More importantly, they were quite caring and sensitive to all the little nuances associated with the gas tube and starter switch, etc. Would highly recommend this professional group.

Think hard‼️room no.42 , 12 floor building B if you care for your sleep quality and mental health! Despite good environment around the building,well maintained and nice staff, but the bed room door to the tiny porch outside which they put air compressor there is poorly isolated so the sound and the vibration from the air compressor both your and other units will get in to the room when you try to sleep! there’s really not much you can do about it. We’ve tried and tolerated with it. There’s many good things to say for this place but the bad thing is the one I can’t live with.

Room 60, floor 12a, AVOID! We decided to leave the room before the end of the contract, after we stayed there 15 months, the owner and the agent they weren't understanding at all so we lost our entire deposit (70k baht) and they asked 20k more for some damage. We paid 20k and after we left the room the agent keep asking for money. Completely dishonest.

The team has always been professional and friendly. Including the security, always very polite. We lived their for 4 years and we highly recommend.

It is fancy and convenient condo. It has Nice view at the Gym and cozy swimming pool. But the price is too high.

I totally adore this apartment complex. Well maintain and served us a free tuk tuk to the nearest BTS which is Thong Lo. And many food street stalls we can found around. I would love to visit again if The Bookshop Cafe is re-open
